What's the 7-day free trial without a card?
7 days of access to all 8 scenarios × 15 minutes of voice conversation per day (up to 105 minutes of practice in total). No card to add. When the trial ends, just don't buy a subscription.How are 15 minutes a day counted?
Only the time you speak. Listening to the bot doesn't count. Re-recording a phrase doesn't count either. The limit resets every 24 hours at midnight.What language is the feedback in?
Russian or Ukrainian — you choose when you first launch the bot. You can change it in /settings.How is this different from a tutor or the Speak app?
A tutor costs 8x more and is only available by appointment. Speak app is general conversational AI — it doesn't teach words like "council tax" or "claimant commitment". SpeakMove is just the specific UK scenarios, voice only. See the full comparison above.How do I cancel?

Cards issued by Russian banks haven't worked for paying foreign services since 2022 — that's a restriction by the card networks themselves (Visa and Mastercard suspended operations in Russia), not a website block, so a VPN won't help. Ukrainian-issued cards work fine with Stripe.How are voice recordings secured?
Recordings are transcribed and deleted within 24 hours. We keep the transcript for your progress — you can delete it in /settings.What about my data?
