The agreement between you and SpeakMove. Short, and without legal jargon where possible.
Who runs the service
Dmytro Fenko, UK sole trader, trading as SpeakMove. Address: Weston-super-Mare, UK.

Who can use the service (18+)
SpeakMove is intended for users aged 18 and over only. By using the service you confirm you are 18 or over.
If we discover that a minor is using an account — we'll block access and delete the data. See also the "Who can use the service" section in the Privacy Policy.
What we provide
SpeakMove is a Telegram bot that trains your spoken English by voice on the specific situations of a UK immigrant's life (call to landlord, GP, work coach, job interview, etc.).
The service runs through the Telegram bot @speakmove_bot. The speakmove.app website is marketing, not the entry point to the service.
Subscription and payment
- Free trial: 7 days of access + 15 minutes of voice practice. No card needed. If the trial ends, just don't subscribe
- Pro subscription: £9.90 per month via Stripe. Includes 15 minutes of voice conversation per day and all 8 scenarios
- Limit resets every 24 hours at 00:00 UTC
- Price is in GBP. Stripe converts automatically from your card
Cancellation and refunds
Cancel in one click in Telegram settings, or via hi@speakmove.app.
After cancellation, access is kept until the end of the paid period. Pro-rata refunds are not offered — that's what the 7-day free trial without a card is for, so you can confirm the service fits.
Acceptable use
By using SpeakMove you agree:
- Not to use the service via automated scripts, bots or emulators
- Not to attempt to reproduce or extract the AI logic or voice content for commercial purposes
- Not to publish reproduced bot content as your own product
- Not to use the service for harassment, spam or illegal activity
Breach can lead to access being blocked without a refund.
Service availability
SpeakMove is currently V0 (early version). We do our best to keep the service running but don't offer an SLA. Downtime, bugs and scenario changes are possible.
Intellectual property
The prompts, scenarios, bot voice content, code and site design are owned by Dmytro Fenko (SpeakMove).
Your voice recordings and transcripts remain yours. We use them only to deliver the service (see Privacy Policy). We don't use your data to train models.
Liability
SpeakMove is an educational tool. We don't guarantee that you'll speak fluently after using it — that depends on your practice and many factors.
Do not use SpeakMove as a substitute for a tutor with feedback, a GP in medical situations, a lawyer in legal matters, or a work coach in real meetings.
Our maximum liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the past 12 months.
Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes — in the courts of England & Wales.
If you are a consumer in the EU/UK, nothing in this agreement removes rights you have under your country's law.
Changes to these terms
If the terms change, we'll update the "Last updated" date and send notification through the Telegram bot. Material changes take effect 14 days after notification.
